    The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Sub. for House Bill No. 2585--A Bill to amend and reenact §11-3-15c and §11-3-15d of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to increasing the time to file a petition for review or appeal in response to a notice of an increased assessment of certain real and personal property; and defining business day.
